This song emerged from that series and from my personal study of 1 Peter. If I had to summarize the book in a few words, it would be this: Peter reminds us that when we are saved through faith in Christ, we are promised that we will inherit eternal life with Him and begin to live a transformed life of obedience, even in the midst of persecution and trials.
